Register for In-Person DE Classes
- To register for in-person DE classes, fill out and submit the form below.
- Submission form must be filled out above, Please use the start date of DE CLASS or PARENT CLASS only, found on this website for Class Date field.
- If the student has no permit please put Zeros (ex. SA0000000 or S00000000).
- For course selection, please specify the 1 week class, 2 weeks class, or Parent Class.
- For the class date please include the class start date only. (Please do not use any other dates.)
- Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (during business hours) for a response from us with further instructions.
- Please Note: We can not guarantee a spot if you register within 3-5 business days before the start of a course/class date.

- We accept Cash or Credit Card (+3% Admin fee) and Money Orders/Certified Bank Checks only.
